About our Founder
Qiyanah Thompson-McFarlane, RN
Qiyanah Thompson-McFarlane is a wife and mother of two boys. She is also a Registered Nurse and Certified Personal Fitness Trainer who believes that all wellness goals are attainable with education, determination, and the proper plan.
Qiyanah has over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry with a background and special interest in Neurology, Endocrinology, and Nutrition. Qiyanah became interested in health and wellness after being diagnosed with a Neurological illness in 2017. She vowed to change her diet and lifestyle so that she can live a long life while avoiding the common illnesses that plagued her family. She has a passion for fitness and wellness which lead her to physically train herself and several other clients resulting in weight loss and healthier lifestyles. Qiyanah has been practicing a plant-based diet since 2017 and enjoys teaching others how to change their diets by assisting with food shopping, recipes, and meal-prep plans.
Qiyanah’s goals are to serve the community by bridging the gap between the medical professions and the community through education. Qiyanah also strives to help eradicate an illness that plagues the community by providing safe alterations in nutrition, hydration, weight management, and electrolyte balance.
